In addition, the price may vary depending on the packaging configuration
and the types of packaging materials and accessories included with the product.

the characteristics of the microcone patch manufacturing process,
we provide MOQ information after reviewing your desired product design.

For White Label projects, only the packaging design can be customized.

For ODM projects, various elements can be customized,

Yes. The color of the microcone and the hydrocolloid sheet can be customized.

Our dissolving microcone patches are manufactured using hyaluronic acid as the backbone material,
making them highly compatible with water-soluble active ingredients.

Ingredients that are not water-soluble, such as oils or powders,
may also be incorporated depending on feasibility testing.

We have extensive experience developing products with a wide range of high-performance ingredients,
including peptides, EGF, exosomes, retinol, vitamin C, and many others.

Yes. White Label products are supplied under your own brand,
allowing you to use your own product name and packaging design.

Please note that pre-manufactured White Label products are supplied with fixed primary packaging,
which cannot be customized.

To protect the moisture-sensitive microcone patches during storage and distribution,
all products must be sealed using our specialized moisture-protective primary packaging.
Therefore, primary packaging must be completed at our manufacturing facility before shipment.

We provide the required specifications and dielines for primary packaging materials,
such as aluminum pouches and PTP packaging, according to the product configuration.

For this reason, customer-supplied primary packaging materials are not available.
However, secondary packaging materials may be either supplied by the customer or provided through our turnkey service.
Additional packaging costs may apply depending on the project.

White Label development uses Raphas' existing formulations and patch designs, with only your branding and packaging design customized.

If you wish to modify the formulation in any way (including adding or removing ingredients) or change the patch design,
the project must proceed as ODM development.

Our current White Label portfolio includes formulations for acne care, anti-aging, pore care, skin brightening, post-blemish care, and so on.

For ODM projects, all newly developed formulations are exclusive to the customer.
They will not be used for other customers' projects or added to our White Label portfolio.

Yes. Our microcone patches are registered as cosmetic products in major global markets, including the EU, the United States, and Japan.

They are marketed and sold as cosmetics, not as medical devices or consumer goods.
