ODM Development Process
(Prototype Production)
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed if necessary.
Client Development Concept & Product Inquiry
Determine the overall development concept, including the desired formulation and patch design.
Then, please submit your request through our product development inquiry system.
If necessary, additional on-site or video meetings with our representatives can be arranged.
Lab Sample Production & Confirmation
If client-supplied ingredients are to be incorporated, they will be applied at this stage.
Subsequently, we will proceed with the design review and supervision for packaging materials such as pouches and cartons.
Mass Production Testing & Prototype Manufacturing
Samples that have passed the lab testing phase will proceed to mass production testing.
The prototypes manufactured during this process can be utilized as clinical samples.
Quotation Confirmation & Contract Execution
Please finalize your order details, including quantity and packaging specifications.
Based on this, we will process your purchase order.
Prior to full-scale manufacturing, a formal contract between both parties will be executed.
Please note that using a custom contract template may require additional processing time.
(Mass Production)
This phase commences after the formal contract is executed.
Order Placement & Design Finalization
Upon contract execution, the formal order is placed, and designs must be finalized simultaneously.
During this stage, the designs for packaging materials, such as pouches and cartons, will be reviewed and confirmed.
Additionally, please decide whether you prefer client-supplied or turnkey packaging solutions.
Receipt of Raw & Subsidiary Materials
All necessary raw and subsidiary materials required for production are received at the Raphas Cheonan facility.
Manufacturing & Quality Inspection
Full-scale manufacturing begins.
Following production, the products undergo meticulous quality inspections and sterilization processes before final release.
Product Delivery
The finalized products are safely dispatched and delivered to your designated location.
