Full-scale manufacturing commences after the formal contract is executed.

Client Development Concept & Product Inquiry
Select a product with your desired efficacy from our pre-developed formulations.
Then, please submit your request through our product development inquiry system.
If necessary, additional on-site or video meetings with our representatives can be arranged.
Quotation Confirmation & Contract Execution
Please finalize your order details, including quantity and packaging specifications. Based on this, we will process your purchase order.
Prior to full-scale product manufacturing, a formal contract between both parties will be executed.
Please note that using a custom contract template may require additional processing time.
Order Placement & Design Finalization
Upon contract execution, the formal order is placed, and designs must be finalized simultaneously.
During this stage, the designs for packaging materials, such as pouches and cartons, will be reviewed and confirmed.
Additionally, please decide whether you prefer client-supplied or turnkey packaging solutions.
Receipt of Raw & Subsidiary Materials
All necessary raw and subsidiary materials required for production are received at the Raphas Cheonan facility.
Manufacturing & Quality Inspection
Full-scale manufacturing begins. After production and final packaging are completed, the products undergo meticulous quality inspections and sterilization processes.
Product Delivery
The finalized products are safely dispatched and delivered to your designated location.
